Peter Danks – Managing Director
Peter started his career with British Rail in 1979,within the signalling and telecommunications department, specialising in telecoms from 1980. After completing his apprenticeship in 1983 he decided to concentrate on installation projects and moved into the security industry as an installation engineer with a national company.
1989 saw a move to Australia with Telecom Australia where Peter was involved with the initial installation works of the Cellular Telephone service, before a return to the UK in 1991 to the security industry with the same company he left in 1989.
A move into sales and design came in 2000, and then in 2001 he started Vaults Security, primarily as a CCTV company, which quickly began to expand into all security disciplines. Then came National recognition with the industry accreditation of NACOSS, which also meant more opportunity to offer bespoke security services to clients.
Married, with 3 children, Peter and his family live in Sutton Coldfield, close to Vaults’s new offices in Boldmere. Contact Peter.
Amanda Boyle – Financial Director
Amanda has worked with Pete since he started the business in 2001.
Having studied with AAT and then worked within the NHS Finance dept, she gained the knowledge and experience to set up the administration and finance systems for Vaults that have evolved and been adapted over the years as the business has grown. She is also responsible for setting up and maintaining the quality procedures that enabled the Company to gain Gold accreditation with NSI. Contact Amanda.
Amy Neale – Sales Administrator
Amy has worked for Vaults since 2011 and is responsible for most of the day to day administration.
