Maintenance and support
We offer full maintenance, support and servicing for all our installations. All work can be carried out on an ad-hoc or contract basis and we can tailor a servicing and maintenance package to meet your budget and the requirements of your installation.
Immediately after installation, all our systems undergo a full inspection to ensure they meet the required standards; those which we are required to adhere to as a NACOSS Gold Accredited service provider.
In the highly unlikely event that your system should fail, our supporting centres are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will be able to assist in resolving any problem. Should one of our engineers be required they will always respond within 24 hours of your initial call; where the system is a monitored intruder alarm then response will be within 4 hours unless agreed otherwise.
Our installations are carried out using highly skilled members of staff, all of whom are all security screened.
