Occasionally security systems develop faults, or may even fail.

In the event that either of these eventualities does happen, our customers who have a maintenance contract with us are covered

What’s covered?

  • Telephone support direct to us is available 24/7 for customers with a maintenance contract.
  • If the problem cannot be solved over the phone, then customers with a maintenance contract will have an Engineer response time agreed within 24 hours for all systems except Intruder Alarms. 
  • Intruder Alarm response is guaranteed to be within 4 hours, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

What if I’m not covered?

If you are not covered by a maintenance contract, don’t worry, you can still contact us during office hours and we would be happy to help.
