The ARC has 24/7 remote access to the CCTV system, a schedule is set up to allow the ARC to monitor any activation’s outside of normal working hours. In the event of activation a warning message can be spoken through speakers on site, or an alarm activates to ward off intruders.

The alarm receiving centre (ARC) receives remote signals from the intruder alarm system 24/7. These signals are produced as a result of various factors/events ranging from a confirmed activation to a sudden loss of power to the system.
Remote monitoring requires a unit to be connected to a recognised intruder alarm system. In the event of an activation or signal the ARC will then contact your chosen keyholders in order of preference to notify them of the activation.
In the event of a confirmed activation the ARC can contact the police force directly as well as your keyholders, if a unique reference number (URN) for police response is in place.
