Texecom have announced the release of new SmartCom firmware offering significant improvements to existing units.
This new firmware will be upgraded remotely starting on Thursday 25th November 2021 during the hours of 10:00AM and 15.00PM taking up to two weeks before completeion.
During this time you may experience a temporary loss of remote connectivity for up to 15 minutes as each individual unit is updated.
Please be assured that this update will not affect the operation of you intruder alarm system.
